The Corporate Client Agreement must be accompanied with by following items:

1. 1. Certified true copies of:-

a. Documentary proof to open the Client Account with Mirae Asset Securities (HK) Limited (e.g. Resolutions of the Meeting of the Board of Directors) with Authorized Persons and Specimen Signatories List

b. Passports or identity cards of all the shareholders and ultimate beneficial owners, directors and authorized persons to operate the Account

c. Residential Address proof of Individual Shareholders / Beneficial Owners and Directors (within 3 months)

d. Memorandum & Articles of Association

e. Certificate of Incorporation

f. Business Registration Certificate (or its equivalent)

g. The Latest 2 years Audited Financial Reports and/or a confirmation/ certificate to prove the Asset under Management (‘AUM’) of the fund

h. Latest Annual Return, Notification of Change and Register of Directors and Shareholders and any latest Company Search Reports issued within 6 months (Apply for local incorporated Organization)

i. Latest Certificate of Incumbency issued within 6 months (Apply for Overseas Incorporated Organization)

j. Director’s Declaration on details of the ownership chart of the company

2. 3. Offering Documents/ Prospectus and Investment Management and/or Advisory Agreements (For Fund Client Only)
3. 4. Form W-8BEN-E (For Non-U.S. Entity)

5. 6. AML Questionnaire (if applicable)

The Individual Client Agreement must be accompanied with by following items:

1. 1. Certified true copy of HKID Card or Passport of the Client
2. 2. Certified true copy of correspondence address proof within past 3 months (e.g. utility bills or bank statements)
3. 3. Form W-8BEN-E
4. 4. Self-Certification Form – Individual
